Well as you all know.......it’s been 10 days since bringing home my GT350R

Since putting #JR257 in my garage, I haven’t taken her out........ it’s crazy !!!

..........Doesn’t help that I’m a contractor and now is my busy season, there is
simply no time, so instead last night I went for a short ride on my 1981 FXS

Shovelhead, so much easier and quicker than uncovering the Shelby, just hop on and go........ :D

I’m hoping to rack up some miles eventually........

Too busy to drive car, not too busy to post about it :/
Hey, if you did 16 hour days working maybe you’d be posting instead of driving

your toy too....... never judge a man until you’ve walked a mile

in their shoes.......

Drive the car bro...
Hey Drumreaper..... I hear ya !!!

I’m trying...... ..asked the wife last night, hey let’s take the new

ShelbyR to the local Dairy Queen and get some ice cream...... :)

She said I might damage it, taking it out, considering how close it is to my 1969

Mach 1....... so I rode instead of drove, hopefully if I get some time Friday ,

might install the front splitter....... then I might make the effort to take her

a for a spin....... cheers.......

I've owned mine a week as of tomorrow morning and only driven it into and out of a trailer. Sheesh - I gotta find time to get it up on the lift, pull the shipping blocks, and install the front splitter - then wash it, top off the fuel (only has the splash they added at the factory) and get it on the road.

All things in due time. Savoring the moment, though.

Tell me about it. So damn busy with various projects before the summer heat hits and not doing the things that I like to do in life the most (boating, driving, relaxing). However, the reason we can afford and have these toys is because we all work our assess off. Busy is good and it makes the time behind the wheel of an R worth it. Don't apologize. It's yours to do with as you please.

If you saw what it took to get it out of the garage, you would understand.

Don’t feel bad....I’ve had it for one year and miles on it. My family owns a large commercial HVAV fab shop. Summer is our busy season....and I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I have yet to drive it this “season”. I’m seriously contemplating selling it and letting someone else enjoy it because I rarely drive it!

Tom.....thanks for the back up !!

Actually the worst part of taking out the Shelby is moving multiple cars in front

of my garage....... off the driveway and on to the street..... :(

Then......

........ having to put them all back like a big car jigsaw puzzle
