9 second club. Congrats!Well I managed a 10.0 at 143 on 3.7 pulley, stock lower and E85 in 4000DA. 10.5-11psi which is my pump gas pulley. I did throw the 3.5 pulley on and picked up 4mph in the 1/8 to 114 but lost a fuel pump around the 1000ft mark and leaned out extremely bad. Still managed a 9.98 at 141 on that pass but lost about 5mph. Here's both slips. Whipple 3.0, full weight 10R car. 4100lbs. 4000DA.
Thanks! Would have been nice to see the full pass at about 145 but I'll be back. I'm not sure if it's hurt to be honest. Everything does seem ok. Lambda got to .91 and STFT was at 43 percent but there was no knock or anything. I'm hoping I got lucky...lol9 second club. Congrats!
Is it hurt?
At about what foot mark? If it was near the stripe, it should be ok. It may have went into limp mode at any second anyway. They do a pretty good job at protecting themselves. Thanks! Well looking at the log it started failing not long after the 1/8 and slowly was losing fuel the rest of the way. Fuel trims start showing just past the 1/8 and STFT started increasing drastically right to +43 by the 1/4. I was definitely right at the limit. I haven't even tried to diagnose what happened yet or pulled any plugs because I had to go back to work. Tuner believes it's a failed pump or electrical issue. One of the 274’s quit or lost connection. 274’s don’t fail very often. Both trim banks were going lean together right?Well looking at the log it started failing not long after the 1/8 and slowly was losing fuel the rest of the way. Yes that's correct. Both equally lean. +41 on B1 and +43 on B2One of the 274’s quit or lost connection. 274’s don’t fail very often. Both trim banks were going lean together right?
Great run and congrats on the 9.x run! Sorry to hear about the fuel pump issue.
