vacuum guage

Hi, New to this forum. So, my mustang gt 2018 vacuum gauge shows around 21 at idle, which I think is fine. But when I am cruising and then I accelerate I get some hesitation and noticed that the gauge reads like 5 then stays at 10 to 20 afterward. Is this normal, do you guys have any idea if...
