sync3 funtions when driving

Does anyone find the speed restricted functions in the SYNC3 make it useless when driving? Even for the passenger. You cannot make navigation changes or change the USB audio file changes unless you stop. Many SYNC3 functions become greyed out when moving over a certain speed. I found out when...
