scratch windshield window tint

I took delivery of the car 3 weeks ago and realized yesterday that there is a long scratch outside, at the bottom of my rear window. :doh: The scratch is deep (My nail gets caught) and long (the entire trunk panel). I have washed my car a handful of times but that was through a touch-less car...
