launch control.

Hi all. I have a 16 GT manual i bought used with 24k miles on it. Tried to use the launch control other day and it would not work or engage. Im hoping someone here has insight into what Im doing wrong. I follow all the directions, set the launch RPM to 3K, put in sport mode, hold down the clutch...
