coolant hose

Anybody know the part number or where I can get the hose for coolant port above the thermostat?

I’m new to mustangs and recently was given a later model base with a v6. My plan is to swap to an 8 cylinder engine but I’ll be driving it for a few months first. Anyway there is a metal hose with a crack spewing coolant (in the yellow highlight area). Looks like a repair was attempted with JB...

There’s a “plastic” ring that goes in the T connector but I can’t figure out for the life of me where it goes in the T connector. It’s not one of the rubberized o rings. It’s a plastic ring. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. 2017 mustang gt
