10 speed

I was trying to replace my automatic shifter. When trying to reinsert the screws, a few of them fell in the tranmission well. Is this something I should have taken to the dealer to get them to take out or is it something I shouldn't worry about?

I have a 2018 Mustang GT Premium 10 speed and I've tried searching everywhere and can't find anything. However I'm still up in arms about deleting my rear diffuser. Does anyone know how to cut and remove it? Any instructions? Any links? Tips or tricks?
