Basically brand new. Installed it once and did not like the added vibration. It does not add any noise but the shifter vibrates very small amount. I like my car to be dead quiet. The bracket works really really well as far as Reinforcement of the shifter assembly. Install is very easy. You do not have to take off your exhaust or driv shaft.

Comes with everything.
