I am looking for something to add to the front of my gt. I have cervini grille now but i have a base car and am looking for a decent option for a chin splitter. Any ideas?

California Special is the best looking splitter in my opinion.

Direct from Ford. Try Levittown.
HUGE box, so shipping might be pricey.

Sorry but I’m not a fan of a splitter stuck on top of another splitter. IMHO !!
I am replacing my GT PP belly pan and splitter with the Ford California Sprcial belly pan and splitter from @Levittown Ford Not a huge difference, but perfect for me and a subtle mod for some to notice...and some may not??

This is not my car, just a pic of the splitter!!

Looks good BoosTang23T, I ordered some (different style) a few months ago but haven't put them on yet either. He refused to paint for me though so sucks to see he it for yours! Asked for the same thing, black with red on the edge but he said it gets damaged in shipping...we're basically the same distance from him so no difference in shipping there.

Did you remove any of the screws from the OEM splitter to the car so it sits flush or just taped it up and then screwed in to place? Guessing the later but just want to make sure.

Odd... He didn't hesitate doing mines for some reason. These here were new models so maybe he had to get the sale. I installed it over the stock one and didn't remove any screws. It fit nice over it.

Just an alternative to these overpriced ones. I wasn't planning on spending much on a splitter. This adds the extra touch I was looking for.

Its not a problem with me! I’m glad you and the others are happy with the look and the cost. I’m open to everyone’s options and mods. In the end, it is your car and you should do what you want!:cheers:

Some guys have deep pockets....some don’t!, I have holes in my pockets and once in a while I add up all the change on the floor and wonder....”What mods can I buy with This?.” lmao!! Just enjoy the hobby and I think , more importantly the camaraderie!!! Happy Independence Day....it was our Canada Day today!!
