Ford’s Modular V8 and Coyote families of engines use similar design oil
pumps, which share a common failure point. These powdered metal gears
have a high rate of failure when used in performance applications. To combat
these pump gear failures, Livernois Motorsports is continuing to expand our
portfolio of our Powerstorm Billet Oil Pump Gears to now include the 2015
Coyote engine. This new offering joins our existing 2v, 3v,
and 4v modular gears, 6.2 SOHC, and our Coyote gears.
