Would it be possible to run the AMR Dark Stainless 20x10 +48 upfront with a spacer? I want to move to a squared setup and I like the wheels(I have 20x9 and 20x10 currently in this wheel) and run 285/30/20 or 285/35/20. The car will be lowered on Steeda progressives.

Unfortunately you need an 8 or 10 mm spacer, which also means you need extended studs. There isn't enough thread to use thicker than ~6 mm spacer on stock studs. Otherwise it'll fit.

Will they stick out further than the rears or will I need to add spacers to the rear wheels as well?

No the rears will be fine without spacers. They will sit just a little under flush front and rear, maybe 8-10 mm. Much better than stock wheels.

Awesome! Any recommendation on good spacers to use?

They're pricier but are perfect fit: Motorsports Tech. Make sure to get the spacers not adapters.

Get some ARP extended studs for the front (10 of them).

$70 bucks isnt bad for custom fit spacers. You have to run open lugs with the extended studs right?

Not if you get the right length studs. If you go to the longest variety you might, but if you get ones that are exactly the same length increase vs. stock lugs as the spacer thickness, you should be fine.

So I should be fine with the ARP studs that at .5" longer than stock correct?

Very likely fine, though I would think about a 12 mm or 1/2" spacer then, just to be sure. I don't know how many threads the lugs have left before bottoming, stock. It depends a bit on the wheel and how deep the pockets are, too.
