Anyone else have an issue with the a/c clutch not kicking on? I'm not getting a/c or defrost to engage the clutch. I've tried both manual controls and touchscreen, neither work. Everything else works!

I was under the impression that the heated steering wheel was a software button in sync 3 and nothing more?

Id keep an eye out in the buy sell section, Thats where I got mine and ive seen a few others listed for less than that unit.
My Hextall cable came in, well worth the wait. Simple plug and play and works perfect. Now I can upgrade my Software and I am good to go

Sweet. I'm hoping mine gets here next week, I'll finally have time to get everything installed if it does. Ever since my GF bought a EB Premium Convert, I really like Sync 3 over my base setup.Id keep an eye out in the buy sell section, Thats where I got mine and ive seen a few others listed for less than that unit.

I ordered a Nav APIM and touchscreen from car-part for a friend. Came off a 17 focus. Some scrapyard in Wisconsin. One tiny scratch on the screen. Paid $425 shipped.

Well I just ordered the first piece of the puzzle for making my own sync harness. Was able to find a male APIM connector on eBay (cut from an OEM harness). I have my old base sync APIM, screen, and GPSM where I can get the female sides. We shall see how all this works.

So in an effort to save myself $20... Can we confirm that the base 18 wiring did not change and that the pinouts are still correct for 18 forward?
