The only advantage the ZL! 1LE has over the GT350 R is power, plain and simple nothing more. Both cars pull the same average G, so give the Shelby 61 more cubic inches and a big supercharger and then re run that race. I know why the two are being compared as they are both the current top dog form each manufacturer, but they are both built with very different purposes in mind. The GT350R was built to win the Continental Tire Sports Car championship, which it did. The ZL! 1LE is built to be a magazine numbers car, a toy really for the once in a while weekend track day enthusiast.
