Differential to Subframe Bushings

Backstory. I've been chasing a clunk in the car and while we had it up in the air we noticed the bushing for the differential and subframe was completely torn. To the point where there's no gap on the bottom of the bushing. Not sure if this is directly the noise, but it's definitely related.

Has anyone ever had their OEM bushings go bad? My drivers side one is torn and the dealer is going to be replacing it... my next concern is what could have been damaged as well?

Yes, I have.

I have used diff inserts/lockouts from both BMR and Steeda to re-position them with no issues.

This is actually very common. (damaged stock diff bushings)

cool I'm going to be installing the BMR billet inserts but I wanted to get it replaced first.

cool I'm going to be installing the BMR billet inserts but I wanted to get it replaced first.
Do you already have the BK054 Billet Lockouts?

I'm not surprised they went bad. When I first bought my car in early 2015, leaving the dealer maybe a little quicker than I needed to, the back end was jumping all around. I started doing some research and found this video from Steeda:

I've had the red Steeda S550 Mustang Adjustable Differential Bushing Insert System - Urethane in there since the car was almost new and love them! Look in the video how much abuse those bushings take!
