I am still getting use to mine. It pulls forever with the 3.73's...might go the 3.91 route myself..not sure yet.
The 13-14 GT500's came with 3.73's and the 2.66 first gear...so Ford thought it would work.
There really isn't to much difference in the gearing between the different years other than first gear.

The 13-14 GT500's also came with a significantly larger engine which means more umph down low. Maybe not much more, but enough to note

Just got confirmation from Ben Calimer regarding the gear ratio. The 5th and 6th gear ratios are in fact 0.74 and 0.50 which I'm happier with (MORE MPG...lol). I'll be going with 4.09 gear set from Ford Performance along with the recommended installation kit and bearing & seal kit.

Now, differential and transmission fluid choices. I'm considering Motorcraft 1.6qts of 75W-85 & 4oz friction modifier for the differential. For the transmission, I see many going with Mobil1 Synthetic Mercon filling it up to 3.45 qts or until it drips out (jacked and leveled car). Since most of us here are well over 600 rwhp, curious to know what you guys are running. What worked and what didn't.

rakin.it.in I'll be going with the Amisol Manual Syncromesh for the transmission and the Amisol Severe Gear 75/90W for the differential

13-14 GT500s did not come with 3.73 rears...they had 3.31s

Thats why i dont understand why 331's wont work with the 6060,they worked good in the gt500.And these s550's are putting some hp/tq down,im almost at 600 to the wheels.I know the gt500 came with 331's my buddy has one.

When i got my 6060 from Ben i asked him. He said people were having good results with Amsoil ATF...picture below. That's what I am running. Running severe gear 75/90wt in rear. I also am pretty positive that i will be moving to the 4.09. Now that I have put a lot of miles on the car the 3.73's just aren't cutting it for me. I dont know how in the heck 3.31's would work...

If you are drag racing , you could trap 140+ @7500 in 3rd gear with 3.31's(28 inch tire)
One less shift but it may be a dog getting out of the hole .
I am going to leave my 3.31 at first when I swap in my Tremec with 2.66 first gear just to see but I am sure I will eventually swap in 4.10's.

What about the 3.73s don't you like? Poor starting performance or...?

Yes..I have the 2.97 first gear as well. Just takes a lot more to get the car moving. For hwy pulls its awesome. The 0.5 6th gear is worthless....car just lugs unless you are doing 80-90 mph.

For those interested in seeing gear ratio options for your TR6060 assuming a 28" tire, I attached a PDF copy of my spreadsheet. There is two sheets to view depending on the finals gears that your tr6060 may have. Overall I used the tremec calculator as I liked how it spits out the info.

Hope this is useful to others.

Just a note that I've been attempting to install my 6060 for the past couple days without success. I've been able to get the tranny only about 3/4" away from the engine and it won't go in any further.
After a call with McLeod today they stated that with this combo it is mandatory to use the 2010-2014 GT500 throwout bearing as it is about 1" shorter than the GT one. I have one in order now and will try to install it again in a few days.
I just wanted to clear up that the GT bearing will not work with the McLeod GT500 RXT clutch.
