So by reading your warranty statement you can't service the car at FORD for warranty to be active.

"To maintain the warranty on your vehicle, regular servicing and maintenance needs to be carried out in accordance with the Streetfighter Warranty Protection Plan servicing requirements by an authorised Streetfighter agent"
Clarification;
For Mustang, an authorised Streetfighter agent is any Ford Dealer Australia wide or any Streetfighter Specialist Workshop.

Still no results to share? I can't see many people ordering a tune with no indication of what results they can expect...

Sure thing.
We are in process of creating a video for full information.
For now I have posted a dyno graph below of tuning results for both tune only and Streetfighter exhaust and tune.

Standard 5.0 GT Mustang approx 240 rwkw / 306 fwkw

Streetfighter Custom nGauge Tune only expect 265 rwkw / 335 fwkw
Streetfighter Custom nGauge SF Exhaust and Tune expect 285 rwkw / 360 fwkw

*all figures are quoted as per results obtained from Streetfighter development dyno

These are decent numbers, to give people an idea I got 270rwkw from a custom tune (exhaust only) (barely any difference). Also my custom tune cost a lot more than this so this seems like a great opportunity, I wish it was available a year ago.

Yeah I think a local touch is a lot better than rolling the dice and losing with Lund, I am glad SF can provide that

Except in Australia you are protected by Australian Consumer Law, this protection does not extend to purchases outside the country. So that is a big difference should something go wrong, it wouldn't take you a few months to remedy the issue relying on Visa/Mastercard/Paypal payment protection

This is something I will consider down the track when my car is a year or two old if I feel I want a little more grunt assuming I have somewhere to use it. The good thing about waiting for my car is all the mods that I have been able to read about and the progress over the last year. I imagine there will be more that can be done in time as tuners understand the car more.

One thing I am not sure has been mentioned is if you can go back to the standard tune when the car goes in for servicing while under warranty? I don't know if this is really necessary as I understand Ford could still tell if there has been an adjustment made even if the standard tune has been re-installed.

We get it... You don't like Lund tunes. You had a bad experience with them. You don't need to keep reminding everyone!

There are a number of members currently going through the process of flashing a Lund tune and getting revisions from Lund to suit the Australian conditions and vehicles. How about we wait and see results from these people and assess the suitability of Lund tunes for Australian vehicles based on their outcomes?

In the interest of full disclosure, yes I am one of those members.
