I’ve not been able to spot an obvious fuse number for the puddle lamps in the manual, does anyone know which it is.

Neither of mine are turning on anymore.

According to the wiring diagrams there is no fuse for the puddle lamps. They are directly controlled by the BCM.

Did you do any changes to the BCM configuration? Or maybe both of them are broken.

Cheers

Did you have your handbrake on or off when unlocking car. Handbrake needs to be on to have active puddle lamps.

Thanks. You’ve jogged my memory I seem to recall wondering what a setting was on the center console was that did not seem to effect anything last weekend. Might have not toggled back to original.

Had my puddle lamps replaced a few months back, mechanic spent ages trying to get them to work, wanted to start pulling everything apart to do some fault finding. I told him the handbrake needed to be engaged. Engaged handbrake, instant puddle lamps and one embarrassed Ford mechanic.
