So I’m running a stage 2 beefcake Paxton kit on the 3.6 pulley as of right now. I am looking to get my level 1 fore kit installed here in the next few days so I can go E85 and am thinking about going to a 3.48 pulley or doing a 18 manifold swap.

That should put you in the mid to high 700whp range with everything.. If thats a power level you think you'd be happy with it, then go for it! Billet oil pump gears and crank sprocket wouldn't be a bad idea to add either.

I did opg and etc before I went boost just for added insurance. I made 675 with the factory air intake on it with my current setup on 93 so I am hoping for high 700s with the pulley or intake. It does appear the general consensus is to do both so that may be the route I go.
