Yes I think the Watsons cowl hood is better too. I love the height of the cowl. Does the Watson hood allow for heat extraction? :coolphotos:Watsons cowl hood is available in carbon fiber and fiberglass
I emailed them about that one and even that would end up being at least a $1,600 mod. The shipping alone that they quoted me was $200 and then it comes prepped but not paintedI have been eye balling the Tiger hood, you can get in in 'glass for a lot cheaper.........
http://www.bmcextremecustoms.net/20mumoramair.htmlHas anyone seen any hoods yet? I have been checking cervinis and others but I can't find anything yet. Maybe too early for aftermarket hoods? Not really into that roush look.
Now that is a good looking hood and it really fits the body lines in my opinion. Plus I love the idea of ram air like the WS6 Firebirds back in the day...wonder what the pricing will be?
This is the best one I've seen yet. It says race use only though :(Here's one I ran across....

The carbon hood CAN be ordered in a pure race version WITHOUT provisions for the factory latch, requiring hood pins. This is the best one I've seen yet. It says race use only though :(
I'm dumb, I definitely did not read that correctly lol. I think I would definitely consider the fiberglass hood later on depending what else comes out and if its compatible with the boss intake manifold. Looks so goodThe carbon hood CAN be ordered in a pure race version WITHOUT provisions for the factory latch, requiring hood pins.
