Would the BK047 and BK049 combo be good for a daily driver that sees the road course about once a month, or would you recommend CB005 instead? I assume the poly bushings are in between the Delrin and lockout kit in terms of NVH.

Personally, for road course and street duty I recommend the CB005 instead of this kit.

The CB005 is going to provide less NVH, and work "almost" as good.

This kit, IMO is best suited for street / strip applications. I mean, don't get me wrong....it will work great on a road course, but so will the CB005 which is easier to install, and will provide less NVH.
