The new DB11 is indeed powered by the 4L AMG. Which engines does for still make for them?

The 5.2 V12 TT isn't ford I don't think.

That's 100hp per litre. Voodoo achieved that and I'm lead to believe that motor was pegged back from 600hp to keep costs down.

Larger bore on a 7 litre means higher flow than Voodoo. Just not sure how it'll fit though.

To keep on track - BOSS 429 would be lit as f. Using some teenage colloquialism there.

No. They just unveiled a V8 DB11 that is like 12k cheaper that has the AMG 4.0 TT in it. Just an FYI

Since there may not be an 2018 GT500 , I may just order an all wheel drive 2018 Ford Flex with dual turbos in Ruby Red and drive it with my left arm out the window. I could pretend I am driving a TT GT500 and act like Joe cool until 2019 GT500 comes out.

I don't think it is. And I'll leave it at that.

It does make sense that at least one development vehicle uses an "easy" spec such as a 5.2 CPC SC.

But it also makes sense that that's not the only config floating around.

Also, could be two new hi-po units in simultaneous development.

I am holding out hope for a Ford DOHC 427 in the GT500. Especially if the GT500 is going to replace the GT350 as their racing platform - boosted cars are not allowed. I doubt a restricted 427 would perform as well as the 5.2L though, however the exhaust of a DOHC 427 would shake the earth.

? There will be a GT500, Ford is simply going to stop using the "Shelby" name on it's cars - may he rest in peace.

It must give "the guys in the know', hysterics, reading all this speculation, whilst us plebeians come up with our 1,001 possible outcomes !!
