Volk Racing TE37 Group Buy (Feeler)

Hi all.

For those who don't know, I am an avid Volk wheels fan. First a little background of the company. While popular in the US, the company was founded in Japan with its roots deep in F1 and GT1 racing. The TE37 line is an iconic race inspired, classic 6 spoke design. The TE37's along with most of their forged line is mold form forged. Basically using a dedicated mold for each wheel design in their forging process. They are able to keep costs down compared to other companies who produce monobloc forged wheels.


I've had a set of wheels on every single car i've owned (Including my Mustang) Pictured here:




Pictured above are the TE37 Ultras (20 inch fitment only). This is what lead to into contacting the US dealer for Volk wheels and producing mustang specific fitment but in 18" (For the track guys) Only problem with these wheels is that you cannot order 1 set at a time (due to their mold forging process) They must be a batch order.

Here are details on the specific group buy:

Need a minimum of 5 confirmed buyers (I will be one of them)
These are for Volk Racing TE37's
Wheel size is 18x10.5 +48 (Perfect track fitment)
These wheels are offered in a VARIETY of colors.
$3499 - Standard premium colors (Blacks, Silvers, Gunmetals, Magnesium blues, etc)
$3649 - "hyper" colors (Hyper blue, green, red, bronze, gold)

Shoot me a DM if you're interested. Remember this can only happen with a batch order of confirmed customers. Rays Japan will NOT build these wheels per individual customer. I've had TE37SL's in the past. Amazing wheels. That's the width and offset for both front and rear? Why not 19's? I have a feeling with a basic "19x10" setup, you could easily get the minimum 5 orders.

Hope folks get in on this. I would love nothing more than to get a set but I simply do not have 3500 bucks to spend, and won't anytime soon. I agree with the post above me that I would love to see a 19x10 set up.

Oouh nice. I could be buyer in the near-ish future.

Do we know if these clear big brake kits eg. PP Brembo, GT Brembo, BAER?

Why not 18x11?

I think [MENTION=12783]Anthony@HTM[/MENTION] tried this a month or so ago. I think it was for GT350 fitment though.

Im debating grabbing a set for my GT350, I love Volk wheels pricey but so worth it in terms of an amazing forged wheel.

Unfortunately they won't clear Gt350 brakes.

Also 19s will not work unless you get a face one rear which is no concave with a face 4 front which is super concave.

SL or original TE37?

Would this be concave profile?

Would it clear PP brakes? I know 18x10 even clears 380mm 6pot Brembos but just want to be sure.

These are for the original TE37's not the super laps. They will clear the PP brakes but we'l double check on the concave profile if we can gather up enough interest, at least to get to the minimum 5 sets.

I'm in for 1-2 sets of formula silver if the pricing can be a little better.

That is just too awesome, wish I could afford these wheels. Maybe in the future sometime.

People need to get on this group by ASAP. its way too good and I wish they fit my GT350 or I would do it.
