If its perfect day I'll drive in Track although normally it'll be Sports + and only if raining do I drive in Normal. Apart from trying it out never really use rain/snow mode.

normal, sports is pointless with a tune its no different than normal and all track does is turn of TC which lets face it is pointless on normal roads anyway

The accelerator is most reactive in Track, bit of a slotch in Normal

i changed it on the remap so its basically the same in all drive modes now apart from snow/wet which is still factory.

I have a '17 auto. I always drive it in S on the gearbox and via the paddles. Drive mode is in Normal for a majority of my driving. I occasionally put it in Sport+ driving mode again using the paddles. That does me but I am planning on moving to a manual on a '19.

Yours sounds broken.

Hero mode for me all the time. Throttle response feels non-existent in normal once you're used to Track.

If it's dry im in track mode. Wet weather sees me using wet/snow mode more often than not. Have good neighbour mode on the exhaust for between 9pm and 8am so as not to piss off the neighbours.
Will be interesting when winter arrives to see how it handles even in wet/snow mode.

I've only had the car two months started to use sport+. It seems to make the car quicker and sound a bit louder.

Is that true or is it my imagination?

Sounds a bit louder I think only because the throttle is more reactive

Sport; if i'm doing long cruises on motorways with known camera's i sit it in cruise control on my economy map and run a hefty 45mpg, otherwise sport all the way.

(No hero mode for me, TC off scares the shit out of me)

Sport mode, but it only makes a difference if I run the steering in contact comfort mode

I drove in Sport+.
When it was wet outside, I'd stick it in normal.
If it was very wet or frosty/icy/snowing, then it went into Snow mode whilst simultaneously preying to Jesus. I tell ya what, getting that car out of a snow covered street was certainly a noisy affair. It fared a LOT better than anyone's hatchbacks or saloons though; probably because of the RWD layout.

Steering was permanently in Sport mode.

Track mode most of the time, unless its wet.

OK- so forgive me for this(dont shoot me down!) ...

Are the "modes" actually documented anywhere? i.e. what actually changes with each mode setting

Probably just me - but I cant see it ....
