I came across this front bumper that Anderson Composites has listed on their website dubbed GT500 style front bumper.
I've never known them to come up with a "style" named after a halo car until it has been revealed....so what's up?
I don't know when this bumper was listed, but I don't remember it from the last time I was on their site. I love their products, so I visit their site often.
Could they know something we don't know? Could they be working with Ford on a Carbon Fiber front bumper for the new halo?
Just my thoughts....what do y'all think?
Here's the link to the bumper:

Lol No, they made this like a year ago. Just a naming scheme to draw attention, has nothing to do with upcoming car.

Everyone who can't afford a 2018 but can afford this bumper will have this bumper by mid-2018, I assure you.

So you work at Anderson? This was not on their site a year ago.

That would actually give more air to the intercooler.. I like it!

In reality no one will. That nose just dates even the '15-17 s550.

The 2018 design is so much more modern and dynamic.

It looks great.

And it is a bold step. The 15-17 is also a beautiful design but it was a cautious one. Kept a lot of similarity to the s197 - to the point that most exterior mods for it were relegated to the s197 styles.

The new design has a clear modern tone. And it should provide an app medication that the mustang is looking to the future. Not just the past.

The 2018 is a beautiful refresh. I just wish they'd done a bit more to match the rest to the front.

My question on this front bumper is this.

Is the front lip plastic like OEM or is it fiberglass?
