Sorry I'm such a deadbeat. I still owe you better pics with the car not covered in track crud.

One thing I'm glad to say: I love the SV501s, they are not noticeably heavier than the CF wheels in street driving (no change to ride quality, impact harshness, steering feel).

Running 305/30-19 MPSS all around on R-spec wheels (10.5" wide front, 11" wide rear) works perfectly. The rear stretch is a tad more than the stock 315 MPSC2s, while the front stretch is a tad less than the stock 305 MPSC2s. This is because the MPSS has a wider and more square tread section design than the Cup 2 tires. The MPSS is recommended for rim widths 10-12", so it is comfortably in the intended design limits of the tire on both ends of the R ... and you don't get the big poke that 325s give in the rear with MPSS or MPS4.

The other great surprise: I am running -2* camber and 0 toe front, with -1.6* camber and 0.3 deg total toe in rear. On the Cup tires on the street, the front end really tramlined and it was a bit of a handful with zero toe - but it was awesome on the track. With the MPSS tires mounted, the car is MUCH more comfortable and relaxed on the street, even with the exact same alignment settings ... not to mention transformed in the rain (duh).

Nice to be able to drive the R anywhere through wet or dry weather without anxiety.
A little track crud adds some street credibility. Very much enjoy hearing that track enthusiasts with technical minds are enjoying the wheels. That is what its all about.

SV104 GT350R Spec – CSL
Member CSL keeps a pretty low profile in the Pacific North West, but he is a bad ass on track. At instructor level this guy knows how to put a car through the turns. Here are a couple photos of him on the SV104 and newly installed Carbon Composites by MAD GT350R wing.

SV104 Shelby GT350’s
While we are on the topic of the SV104, here are a few more Shelby’s on our amazing wheel. The SV104 is a classic design, and looks good in any color or size.

SV701 19” SN95 Cobra - Mikey
Mikey went ahead and ordered a set of 19” SV701 for his drop top cobra a while back. The car was down for some time getting suspension and brake upgrades, but is now on the streets. We built a 19x9/19x11 that came in with some serious concavity. We also worked through some issues with the front wheel bores being tight, and got them all dialed in for the platform. Love seeing these older mustangs get the wheels they need.

SV104 Audi RS3 – Dave
So, one of the beauties in this capacity is also helping local guys get into a quality set of wheels. My buddy Dave and I have been friends for quite some time. When I heard he was getting an RS3 we spent a week or so getting offsets for the new car dialed in. Here is the end result. If you are looking for wheels for a non-mustang car, just let me know.

SV108 GT350R Spec – ByronJ
The SV108 is a wheel design near and dear to my heart. I am definitely a believer in directional wheels when designed properly. ByronJ recently sold his Boss302 and has this Race Red GT350 to get his fix. His wheels are a custom colored gold, and works well with the body color. If you are wondering why the direction of the wheels is backwards, its because Byron has a thing for messing with peoples minds.

Last but not least, a quick photo of the SV702 on Bobby’s S197 Roush. Still very eager to see this wheel debuted on the GT350 platform.

SV108 Gloss Black GT350R Spec – Matt K
Coming to the Signature Wheel Family all the way from Canada is Matt K. He has a set of gloss black SV108 headed his way as I type. Cant wait to see his grabber blue mustang gracing the northern streets. Check him out on Instagram Matty_GT350

SV104 Matte Black 19” Track Spec – Yevginey
I recently found my way onto Facebook and got to meet a whole new group of enthusiasts. Yevginey has a background in the European BMW scene, but is now campaigning his GT350. I was able to get him into a set of our ready to ship SV104 in a square rotatable 19x11 et50 setup. Wheels were at his door in about 7 days and mounted with slicks. Once the spacers and extended studs go on I cant wait to see this one rip.

Great news! After working with the GT350 offsets a bit I am happy to announce that our Flagship Series wheels are now available for the GT350. You can thank Ford for those wider front fenders. Definitely on the hunt for some GT350’s to debut that line of wheels on. Send me a message or an email for pricing for those few initial cars.

Been fortunate enough to get some photos from our enthusiasts of the wheels mounted lately, and have some new folks to introduce. Feast on these....

Spectro Racing!
Very excited to announce our partnership with the grassroots racing team Spectro Racing. These guys have a myriad of cars they use for all kinds of motorsports events. SEMA Builds, HPDE, Gridlife, Mustang Week, Optima Challenge, Auto Cross, and everything else you can think of is what these guys are involved in. Good group and we will be working with their GT350 to provide a set of wheels. Really looking forward to what the future will bring, So definitely check these guys out if you can.

Last but not least we have some photos from @honeybadger 's most recent track day at COTA. Photos like these are what make me feel good about being part of Signature. I would not let my friends put anything on their cars that might jeopardize their safety, and this is just proof of why I am passionate about what I do.

I didn't read through 14 pages, but I wanted to ask about the 'forging' process of these wheels. Are the wheels forged under heat and pressure into the basic shape of the wheel then CNC'd to the desire designed similar to how Volk forged wheels are made?
Video here:

Or are the aluminum blanks simply cut to width then CNC'd without going through the hot forging process outlined above?

I had not seen that production video before. Good find.

Our process is the latter that you discussed. We take solid rolls of forged 6061-T6 aluminum, cut them to a desired size for that particular build, and then put them into several CNC machines to have them cut. We dedicate a CNC machine to each part of the build process for that set of wheels, so we have greater consistency between each wheel. This is the strongest of any wheel construction type. You will see in the photos that our barrels and faces on the 2 piece wheel are both CNC cut from solid blanks of aluminum, and not any type of flow/rotary/spun forged process.

Here are some photos and a build video to show how it works. If you have any other questions or want to talk about building a set of wheels for your car just let me know.

Thank you for the clarification 50 Deep. These wheels are beautiful, and at a great price point. Nice that you publicize your offsets too unlike some manufacturers that guard them like top secret sauce. Offset isn't that hard to figure it and it helps the consumer decide which offset they want.

A few things:
-Can you explain and provide pictures if available of the anti slip knurling. I assume these are to prevent the tire from slipping on the rim under high torque applications?

-Can you please more pictures of the SV103 and sv501 on the GT350

Thanks man. We just try to be transparent with people, no point in secrecy when its not needed. All that stuff is out there nowadays. You are correct on what your assumption of the knurling is. Impressions are made into the inner/outer barrel of the wheel to create a zipper like effect with the bead of the tire. Prevents slippage when you really work the wheel/tire.

Here are some additional photos for your viewing pleasure. The SV501 Track Series Is a 20-22 lb setup. The SV103 a 21-23 lb setup. Depending on the offsets.

New Release - Track Series SV503
Very excited to share with you all the newest release in our Track Series Lineup. The Track Series SV503 is finished up through design, testring, and validation. If we can find at least 4 interested parties to purchase at the same time we can swing some free anti slip bead knurling. I am taking one of the spots, so I only need 3 more. This design is very similar to what is going to be on the new C8R, which goes to speak a lot to the strength characteristics of the design.
