Glad I got my 2018 GT Premium instead of waiting for a 2019 as I really liked the Royal Crimson Metallic and everyone who sees it compliments the color, surprised that Ford discontinued it.

looks like the options list is going a lot further upscale. A fully optioned Bullitt must be getting close to 60K now!??

The fact that auto rev-matching is standard on all GTs is fucking awesome. I'm not even close to upgrading my '17 yet, but I will be before 6th gen ends.

At ny auto show now looking at 2019 fusion. This looks a little lighter than lightning blue maybe the lighting? Can anyone find the 2019 fusion color codes? Display doesn’t say...

No, the fusions definitely darker. Maybe somewhere between flame and lightning. By the way, here’s a picture from the auto show in New York last year of lightning blue Mustang, should be the same lighting. Definitely looks darker
Also the first time I saw lightning blue was on a 2017 fusion so the two cars usually share colors. That’s why am guessing this is velocity blue on the fusion but no way to know for sure.
My lightning blue Mustang is coming in next week so I am obsessing if I made the right choice LOL but I more would like the eb active exhaust and B&O. Hoping the 2018s get a sweet rebate on the 5th to keep me on track haha.

I got ya. I agree, it's far more likely that it'll be the same as a current production model such as the Fusion. I was just google searching and randomly came up with my theory, lol. I really like the Fusion color, it looks like it kind of leans toward a teal shade. I dig it.

velocity blue does show up in Fusion 2019 preliminary info guides, but order banks for fusion are later than 2019 mustang, so this list might not be accurate, it shows a blue with no description as well.

Velocity Blue
Blue
Shadow Black
White Gold
Magnetic
Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat
Ingot Silver
Oxford White

Makes me curious if the 2019 Fusion Sport gets some kind of update like the slight refresh of the regular Fusion front and rear. The bad thing about the current gen sport is no black interior available.
