Rear-view Camera Crapped Out

Mine is starting to crap out I think. The screen is all fuzzy and the colors are all jacked up. This is a silly thing to fail.

Bad design. Most cars with a camera set up like ours have a hinge mechanism that goes into the trunk which acts as a support. Ours just hangs. Adding a fastener just make the angle more pronounced but, as I said before, the break was because they put in a plastic sheeth which is where the sat antenna and two other wires broke. Literally just fell away from the bundle when I unwrapped the electrical tape. Easily fixed but, a really cheesy repair, a bandaid where stitches are in order.

I had a defective back-up camera as well, replaced under warranty. The old camera was working intermittantly, and I had an error message.

yeah this happen to me too. they replace the camera, it's working fine so far
