Good point. Well presented.Hmmmm fair enough, you may have removed the sound but the unsightly tube remains
Yes I was also planning on doing Bill's fix for the sound tube when my order comes in. Easy to fit, saves removing the tube and very reversible for resale. Besides it will be good to be able to quickly compare sound on, sound off.Good point. Well presented.
Given the hassle to remove it, this is a quick and easy solution for now.
Hmmm I wonder what would make it easier to remove.... :headbonk: I know when I get extractors

You will love the firmer ride and responsive feel. I installs 12 months and love themH&R springs, 25mm rear and 35mm front
Yep spot on. It also came with some negative camber and the handling is noticeably better. You will love the firmer ride and responsive feel. I installs 12 months and love them
Because using a flick knife to cut up rubber piping is about the limit of my mechanical ability, I did this very same method! Crude, but it works.Today I fitted an irrigation valve to my Mustang!
Bjstang in this forum used this simple solution to block and unblock the sound tube. So simple!

The job took a less than three minutes.
My initial thought is that it’s quieter while driving but the Borla goodness is clearer. No obvious difference on changing the valve when idling and climbing in and out of the car.

Did you paint the coolant bottle?
It's just the way I like it!
No, the coolant reservoir isn't painted, it's a painted cover. You can still see the coolant fluid level.
I'm feelin blue. Each to there own. Hell, I don't even look under my bonnet. maybe I should?Way too much blue!!!

Grabber Blue was the only colour for me. I saw a Grabber Blue '69 when I was a teenager and that sealed it for me. Had to have a Mustang from then on.Way too much blue!!!
