More info on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S

I was about to get some 4s's today, but instead went with Firestone Firehawk Indy 500's. $200 a tire, $60 rebate, solid reviews. Saved about $500 overall.

Hope I don't end up dead like the old Ford Explorer incidents. :(

The Ford Explorer Firestone problems were because Ford recommended 26 psi to make the soccer moms more comfortable. Don't under-inflate high sidewall tires 10psi and overload them on a heavy high-clearance vehicle and you will be just fine.

BTW, I'm very impressed with the Indy's - great tire, especially for the money.
