Has anyone familiar with the PSSs tried the new AS3s on their GT? Thoughts on the comparison?

Both amazing tires.

Pss imo cant be topped by anothet summer performance tire.

Good grip even in wet and good grip in cold, had guys drive with pss in as cold as 25 degree f and no issues.

Treadlife is 300

The a/s 3 is a pss tire geared for all seasons

Wet
Dry
Snow (up to a extent)

Treadlife is 420 if not mistaken

I've got the PSS on my GT. Amazing Tire, perfect match for this car.

I've got the AS3s on my wifes Sonata Turbo. Perfect match for that car as well but I wouldn't put this on my GT.

IMO, Michelin's are the best on the market.

Agreed they are the best, but everyone should keep in mind there are other amazing tires that fit everyones budget as well. Just because someone doesnt get the pss doesnt mean theyve degreaded their choice in rubber in anyway.

Unless u rock a sunny d tire then all hope is gone lol

I had AS3's on my Mazdaspeed 3 last winter and they were worse in the snow than the Dunlop summer times that came on the car.

Other than that, they were excellent tires.

I have Michelin XIce X-i3's for winter, but want three-season tires with good tread wear that are better than the stock PZero Neros. The potholed pavement I normally drive on would destroy PSS's in a month. Michelin A/S3 appears to be the answer.
