Is there any pistol grip handle with cutout accommodating the reverse lockout collar at the bottom?

I really like this Hurst one (Hurst 1536010 Black Universal Pistol Grip Shift Handle), the price is fine too, but I'm not sure how to fix the reverse lockout mechanism under it...

C'mon, guys...the Challenger had a shifter like this for a long time. I can't see this working with the reverse lockout collar, but it would work with the MGW shifter that does away with the collar.

I always liked this version, mostly because my uncle's '71 Mach1 had it...no idea on the ergonomics, though!

Mopars had them 1970-74! Not too crazy. Got one in my 70 road runner project

1970's half-way restored muscle cars with torque thrust wheels and primer-ed body work, sure.

2015 Mustangs with LED pony puddle lamps and 8" touch screens, no.

If you can find one that fits a 2011+, you can use this reverse lockout adapter. It allows you to use knobs that don't have the cutout. As long as the thread is the same. I appears that 2011 and up is the same as 2015.
