The stripes on my roof were replaced last summer because they were pealing up at the edge. They are doing it again on the roof, and the hood / bumper has a few rock chips.

I am leaning on just letting the car sit in the sun this weekend and pull them off when warm. Then clean and wax the car and call it done.

I didn't want the stickers in the first place, but the dealer had already thrown them on and gave them to me for free when i bitched.

So what say you? redo stripes, or remove them?

I went without them. I enjoyed seeing them on the super snake of past but on the 550 I'm just indifferent I guess. Shed em and roll without for a while and see how you feel. Makes no difference that way. If you feel like you want them again go get em. If not, no bother. Either way the ones on there now are going to have to come off anyways sounds like

Still debating black stripes for the Tomato. Just to break it up some more.

You could remove the stripes, but just keep in mind you are going to be losing a few horsepower afterwards.

Stripes just let the boys in blue know who's speeding! You're better off without them.
