Lucky you! My '17 Raptor rolled off the Dearborn line on 4/22... previous eta to dealer was 5/7-13 and then 5/15-21... and afaik it's still at Dearborn awaiting to be transported out via rail & then truck.... yeah I want it like yesterday already lol! Ugh. :tsk:

Worth the wait. Love mine & avalanche gray is perfect on this truck imo

I like my whites! Love the raptor but the first thing I would change us the brake lines and put better brakes on it. Ford should have done a better job on them

For a truck this capable, it really needed a V8 even if just for the sound. The Raptor engine sounds like a toy. Sorry but that is my opinion. I would consider one if it sounded like a 70k sports truck.

It does have a minute sound which i like in a daily driver truck. I love everything about it but the brakes and the default modes.
If it came in a v8 I would have gotten it too but I probably wouldn't have been any happier with it unless it had 200 more HP of course.
This thing just glides over terrain.

If sound is what you're after, Dodge has your fix.

If a real badass truck is what you want, the Raptor is your only choice. The 6 vs 8 debate will go on for decades but Ford is selling every one of these babies and the 18's are headed out the door with a list of waiters as well.

To each his own.

Real badass to you brother. A 70k toy that sounds no better than my wife's 6 cylinder to me.

Like you said, to each his own...

I don't hear a growl from my truck but I sure do see the rams and GMCs in my rear view ;) haha

Lol... maybe that's the problem... it's not a $70k toy to me, but rather something I use on the daily, haul kids and family with and tow with occasionally.

The v8 sound is nice, no doubt, but this thing tows like a v8 sans turbo/diesel never will. In other words, mine's no toy.
