Just as the title states -- should I upgrade my spark plugs when switching intake manifolds since they'll be easily accessible? I will be running a Lund flexfuel tune and will see E85 once in a blue moon.

Any performance benefits?

If anything, just check that the stock ones are gapped correctly. At that mileage and with those mods, you don't really need to do them but I have seen stockers range quite a bit in their gap from the factory.
