Hey guys, just checked the owners website and Sync 3.0 is now available for the Mustang

I am assuming someone will upload the official file here for people who did a SYNC 3 swap? Only update I see was when I had the base 4" SYNC crap

The ones I have downloaded (the fusion, my edge '17, my mustang '16) all appear to be the same files with same CRC32 in WinRAR GUI. These are all with Nav (my cars have the Nav option).

Seeing 3.0 update on my owner.ford webportal now for my 2016 GT without Nav. As usual, having an issue installing the release version from my USB. Build 17276 installed no issues.

Nothing is ever easy! I know it says up to 60 minutes to upload to car.... I'm at 60 as I type. Still says updating system software.

Can’t even get past the car reading my USB drive. I’ll wait about 10 minutes, unplug it and retry again. Nothing. I should have waited for official 3.0 instead of the unofficial release. :(

I downloaded the offical build from Ford. The problem is (from what I've read on the F150 forums) is that you cant overwrite an unoffical build of 3.0 with the offical one. You need to downgrade to 2.2 first, then upgrade.

They have a solution over there. The problem is finding a working 2.2 non-nav link. :(

Here comes the BS....installation failure, error code SIGN_ERR01.
Instructed me to download again and try again. After an hour of waiting. Rough couple of days for me and Sync/Forscan etc LOL

I compared the files its exactly the same size as unofficial one, not missing out on anything dont worry

Sigh. MEM_ERR03 with 3.0. Same problem I had with 2.3.
Currently running official 2.2 Non-Nav.

I did the official 3.0 update from site on my edge and I caught the wifi popup bug..stupid p.o.s
