Passenger outside door handle issues

2018 GT. 700 miles on car.
Passenger exterior door handle sticks open and will not retract each time, causing the door not to latch at all. Does not have a smooth action like the drivers side one. Nervous about taking it in and having a Dealer tech tear into the door panel already (awful experience last time with damage)

Any others out there with this issue?

I had the passenger side door handle feel like it was about to break off a couple of weeks ago...I have a feeling that water/freezing temperatures fed into this. Once the temperature warmed above freezing, the handle was fine. Glad I stopped my son from using it before he busted my door handle...

yeah the 2015s had that issue where in the cold it would stay pulled
