Visor issue

So I was pulling my visor out today and the little black square that is in the roof where the metal bar comes out cracked. It is not loose or anything but annoys me. I am still in the warranty period so I could get it fixed. I went to my local dealer (Automax Ford) to have them look at it, but without going into too much of the story, I did not stick around for 30+ minutes to have it looked at. Worst Ford dealer I have ever dealt with by the way. Wonder if there any service-type people on here that could hazard a guess as to whether it is worth it or not to address that issue. How difficult would it be to fix?

Could check junk yards?
