Good morning,

I've noticed with my (new to me) 2016 GT than when I accelerate above 3000 rpms around town I get a sort of vibration from around the shifter area.

Does anybody else experience this? Is it normal?

It almost sounds like something could be loose with the shift linkage or maybe something around the exhaust under the car is vibrating. I'll see if I can get it on camera.

Thanks

There are a zillion posts about this. And I'm not poking you in the eye, but once you sniff around a little you will get the answer to your question -- expressed in 37 different opinions -- AND a long list of possible and proven solutions.

And - with respect - a whole lot more detail in your original post will only help.

Buzzing?
Clicking?
Steady?
Intermittent?
Only when I...?
Goes away if I...?
Sounds like it's coming from x inches behind the shifter and x inches to the right of center?
Worse when cold?
I can reduce or eliminate it if I rest/press/down/left/back/hard/lightly...?

You probably know the answer to most of these variables already, so you might as well be as descriptive as you possibly can, right?

$0.02 :)
