Imitation is truly the sincerest form of flattery. I'm not even mad, the S550's shape looks good on the BMW (though It'll probably cost the equivalent of two fully-loaded GTs)

Overall shape is the same but I see two totally different cars.

Sounds pretty good to me, especially if it's built to handle having the boost turned up.

I'm glad to see BMW building something with a V8.

Sounds good, until you remember the reliability of BMW mechanics (unless you pay thousands in yearly maintenance, of course)

Party pooper. :D

Yes I understand it's not the most practical or affordable vehicle. I would assume the service could be performed by the owner, though. If BMW charges a lot for an oil change or brake service, that's not a big issue.

The BMW is in the shape of the 4 series... and that same shape has been out for ages.... well before my beloved 2015 Mustang.

If you really wanted to go that far then Ford copied BMW.

Couple of my friends have BMWs and they don't pay high yearly maintenance... they don't have issues... neither have I in my Mustang.

BMW does cost more but it is nicer inside...
