Went to the dyno today. With full AR exhaust (cats, no resonators) and Lund tune, I made 473rwhp and 419rwtq. Another GT350 made 490rwhp and 426rwtq with kooks headers (green cats), offroad X pipe, and no tune. :shrug: :frusty:

yeah, that number is interestingly low. Mine made 522/518/511 on 3 runs with 100 octane race gas. it isnt like youre at 5000 feet of elevation in red stick and new orleans is at sea level.

For reference i have kooks headers, green cats and at the time, a magnaflow cat back. I do have a lund tune.

Yeah that's just crazy. I know this dyno reads low, but at least I had another 350 to compare the numbers to and mods. I'm not seeing what's going on here. I was gonna ask if ~13rwhp could be made up for going catless, but he's not even tuned. Makes me wonder why I spent $549 for an nGauge and a tune if it's still making less power than a non-tuned 350. Not pointing the fingers at (or bashing) Lund specifically, but it's just one of the differences between the cars.

you might ask lund about it, from reading your posts I think this is gonna bug ya lol. i don't have access to local dyno, but after my lund tune i could tell i was breaking traction more often and easier...the ole butt dyno. maybe you can do a log for them and let em check it out

I like to disassemble things.
Hook mount fab, cleaned bugged up A/C condenser as well as the oil and transmission fluid coolers. Perfect time to add the updated oil cooler lines as well as a switch to the R splitter too. Big fun.

Car is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Not sure if I have ever been this excited. :ford:
Good, I feel better I'm not the only one.....I may have slept 3 hours the night before I picked mine up (last week).....the last Ford I owned was a 1990 LX 5.0.... this 350 is the best driving experience I have EVER had....
