2017 R Oxford White Black Stripe HR437 WI

Picked this up from Mac Haik Pasadena after Houston Kid gave it the thumbs up.
Ran into a couple snags, front splitter was cut when they unwrapped it, and a bad scratch on the back. Dealer said they would give $500 to go toward a new front splitter but have yet to get the money...
AFS in Houston got the car transported to their facility via flat bed where they did:
Stage 1 paint protection, 3M PPF on front third, ceramic coating on back 2/3rds
Here is their contact info, they did a pretty good job and were very easy to work with. You could tell they are big car/ford fans. ($~4K)

Then used shipcardirect as a broker to have it shipped from AFS to Milwakee area. (~1k). Unfortunately, the shippers straps scratched the rims and will need to be buffed. Shipcardirect reimbursed me $225 for the damage.

Traded in GT350 for GT350-R

Traded in my 17' Lightning Blue (w/o stripe) GT350 for an 18' Black (w/white stripe) GT350R last night. I purchased both at Wayne Akers Ford in Lake Worth, Florida, from Joe Z, a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman.

Picked mine up from Perry Ford in Poway California in September 2017. I honestly was not open to this color but it grew on me. It looks really good on sunny days and looks more aggressive/stealth than the other colors I was aiming for. My 1st choice was lightning blue, 2nd was avalanche, 3rd was oxford white. My first Ford and Mustang/Shelby ever!

I'd like to know who my siblings are! If you are #757 or #759 please PM me!
Is there a thread for just the R's? maybe i have better luck finding them there.

Congrats! I almost walked out with that car a few weeks ago - Westway Ford. Love the color combo. Congrats! Kicking myself I let it go. I have been looking for a while as well. Have another dealer I am working with on a black R with white stripes. We will see...
