At this point with a continuation in driving the car and seeing that pic above, I'd be looking at replacing a bottom end too, or at the very least inspecting the bearings. Oil and coolant are never a good mix and you're passing it through the bearings. In doing so, coolant doesn't lubricate like oil and you'll kill the bottom end, even if it isn't immediately noticeable. Plus, the sludged up mix is going to be everywhere inside the engine. Quit driving it and get it fixed.
