The wait on order guides and pricing is killing me, been starting to look at some lightly used gt350's in my area that will prob cost around the same as the bullitt. Decisions, decisions

Crap...I feel the pain!! That is a tough one. But I think in the long run..the GT350 will be worth more??? Just my 2 cents!!

I can't say any more except I'm confident the wait for ordering and order guides will come to an end soon. :ninja:

I haven't. But honestly I don't even care if it stays at 475, that's enough for me.

My guess is it'll start at $48,995 or so. More, obviously, if you add options.
I added just over $10G's in options for my 2015.. so yikes!! So in Canadian dollars.....that base would be $66,000 !!!....plus options, plus taxes....out the door could be pushing $100G's !!!

Bullit, sounds like you got some insider info sworn to secrecy haha

VooDoo, Thanks for sympathizing haha. I totally agree with you in the long run the Shelby is more of an investment (although that's not really a big deal for me). It's really all gonna come down to price if the Bullitt price ends up being higher then the Shelby then its kinda of a no brainer. I think I'm gonna get my local dealer (that I have a great relationship with because of work) let me test drive both a gt350 and 18 pp1 m6 back to back to really see which way I would want to go. Who knows maybe the future holds a DHG paint matched Shelby for me haha.

Thanks for the post Mustang1260. I am continually surprised how much confusion there is on this forum when it comes to priority codes and how they pertain to GT350/RS/Raptor etc.

According to obgod3 a dealer in Colorado is claiming Tuesday the 20th will be the last day to order a 2018. Hoping that's all dealers and 2019 ordering opens very soon after.

Just to clarify he said that would be his last 2018 order day....he didnt actually say it was the last day ever...but Im assuming it is soon regardless.

Unless the dealer has some other reason that only applies to that dealership, I would assume their last day would be everyone's last day.

I am trying to remember the sticker on my 2009 Bullitt. I know it was a GT Premium and the sticker, I think, said Bullitt, not GT. I think the option was on the right side and was maybe $1,900? Tony, you probably still have your sticker. I included it when I sold mine 4 years ago. I'm thinking that it will be like that again. Like the extra cost of a GT/CS?

I believe when I looked it up the 08 Bullitt was a 3k package, but that was before Performance Packs, so it's a bit different this time. This time it's just paying for the paint and other small exterior stuff along with the wheels, intake and intake manifold. I'm hopeful that won't cost much beyond the PP1. My guess is at most it'll be a $6,500 package like the PP2 but you get the engine stuff and Bullitt stuff instead of the beefier suspension, wheels and tires and Magneride on PP2.
