Official: 2018 Ford Mustang Refresh Detailed! (Options/Features, Specs, Photos, Info)

I'm going to watch this closely as things unfold -- I.. I just don't know what I'll do! I'd been considering going to the Dark Side (or at least to the darker side) and trading for a cleanish C6 Z06 or a stripper C7 (I can't do a Camaro). I'm still iffy on the front of the car -- but for the additional mods I want to do... I just don't know. Whatever power/redline increases that will be available will also be eligible for an extended warranty versus giving up the remainder of my powertrain warranty. I guess I'll be in "wait-and-see" land for a while yet...

Has it been confirmed that the Recaros aren't seeing any sort of upgrades? That's a bit of a downer.

I know, I saw it. IMO, an additional available color isn't much of an upgrade.

I can see how that would happen. The new 5.0 with 12:1 would benefit greatly from E-85. It will be interesting to see if the direct injection can handle the corn.

I wonder if the active exhaust will be able to be purchased and fitted to the 15-17 models or if other componentry (electrical/ECU) also has to be modified for it to function.

If you look at the interior of the recaro equiped car, its missing functional heated/cooled buttons in the center dash.

Looks MUCH better than the 2015 version. They fixed all the parts about the things that made me cringe with the 2015. Def picking this up in 2018 or 2019.

Those forged wheels do look pretty nice. Ford definitely finding ways to roll more debt into your loan straight from the showroom floor now.

Should be able to with no issues. I know with my WRX and the FA20 which is DIT, we could run E85 off the lot with a tune. The issue with E85 and DI was the HPFP getting gummed up. Most people recommended running lucus e85 conditioner to try and help with it.

They also look like the Alcoa forged aluminum wheels from the 2008-2010 SRT8 Challengers..
