Memory block location for vehicle strategy code

I recently purchased HP tuners and I’m trying to convert from sct to HP I try to read the file from my car with the sct tune but when I try to open it it says invalid checksum after further research I found that the vehicle strategy is different from my stock file. Does anyone know the strategy location in the tune file if you open it with a hex editor. Thanks
