I think I just figured out what I don't like about the '18 front end. I could never put my finger on it...But the grill area doesn't set back as deep as it does on the 15-17. I love everything about the Steeda front clip, but the grill is what stood out to me. So it must be that aspect that has been nagging at me all of this time. I can see it being very polarizing though, with some liking it, and some not.

My '16 and the deeper grill..

Wow, now I can really see the difference since you pointed it out. On another note, where did you get those front canards? Look to be APR, but they look different than the carbon fiber ones I am finding on their website.

I like how the hood is up on all those red pics. I guess fitment is still an issue? :-)

Nice. That does look pretty good.

The only thing I'm confused about is the splitter. You say it's molded all one piece, that's got to be a lot of work to paint then, isn't it? You have to mask all that stuff off perfectly, then somehow get the paint onto surfaces that butt right up against the splitter with no way to get easy access. Right? Seems like it would be challenging.

How about some pictures farther away from the car? You know, to get a “whole picture” of how it fits with the vehicles design language.

tj@steeda,

Out of curiosity, the scoops below the turned signals, are they functional? With your bumper or OEM?

Could you use that opening for brake cooling?

We are coming out with a revised fascia that will indeed, help with brake cooling. More to come ...
