They are GT performance pack replicas but the site says they wont work with upgraded brakes. How much spacer would I need to run in the front if any to run these all the way around?

Wheel Size 19x10
Wheel Offset 35
Bolt Pattern 5-114.3
Hub Size 70.6
Back Spacing 6.88
Center Caps Center cap included, factory center cap with 2.5" lens will interchange

After searching it seems like these should be fine with the +35 offset.

Offset is fine. Possible that the wheel bore itself doesn't have enough diameter to clear the Brembo brakes. Not a measurement provided above.

That isn't what you should be looking for. Look at your current wheels - inside diameter of a rim is what determines whether they fit over larger brakes. None of measurements above says anything about it. It also unfortunately isn't a measurement manufacturers provide. Is it OE Wheels ?
