What wheel specs and ride height (i have pedders too)
20x10.5 +28 square on 275/30/20. Ride height I'm not sure really just did it all by eye. Rear is almost maxed out.

I'm pretty sure I've got my specs figured out. I want to run 20Ă—10 +30 285/35/20 front and 20x11 +48 315/35/20 rear. I'm going to drop it on either an eibach pro kit or ford performance springs, but I eventually want to run coilovers. Would this setup be too aggressive for coils? Should I run 275/35/20 and 305/35/20 instead?

Yes you can run a aggressive fitment 19x11 24mm Front with slight poke and 19x11.5 55mm rear. R-spec setup.
That being said what about OEM GT350 wheels with the 10.5 e30 in the front and 11 in the back?
How would it be with 285/305 tire respectively?
Sorry i don't know what it looks like mentally.

Looking to sit on Sportlines

reading this thread for some days and still have more questions than answers, I thought the ideal ET for rear on 10.5" is +40 (dont want the rim to stick out of the arch) but there are a lot of guys with 10.5 ET +30 or even +25 and it looks pretty flush with the arch.

Almost all wheels in my region are from japan, but the problem is that almost all of them have ET from +10 to +25.

So what minimal ET can I take for front and for rear with 10.5" rim?
