I like the look of these kits but it seems most go with the custom car grills kit, any reason why ? I was gonna go with the full kit either way, is fit and finish good with both ?

I went with it because it I can do the work to install the mesh in the grille cutout. The mesh cost $90 from Custom Car Grills, it took less than an hour to remove the front bumper, pull the grilles, and prep for cutting. It was less than an hour to cut out the old mesh, and not very long at all to glue the new mesh in. I'd say I spent a grand total of four hours on the project, including teaching my son how to use some tools and pull a bumper cover, which I'd have to do anyway, if using the Cervini's grille. Don't get me wrong, they make great products, but their setup costs well over $400, and doesn't offer a significant improvement in quality over DIY.

Cool that makes sense from a DIY perspective, custom car grills also sells a non DIY version right ? I wonder if there is any diff in that compared to the cervini?

Cervini's is a different mold, looks slightly thicker/bulkier to my eyes. Custom car grills is an OEM grille that they modify.

$99.99 for the full kit. It includes the automotive goop. It’s needed and worth it.

I also just installed the custom cargrill kit. I will be putting it on the car tomorrow.

Reasons why I went this route:

1. Paid 211 total for the custom cargrill kit and an upper and lower GT Grill (have a V6)
2. Satisfaction of DIY
3. better looking than the T-rex grill that I have on the car now
